Tech Wise, L.L.C. is a Northeast Ohio based company that works to help bridge the “digital divide” and reduce the technological gap that exists in Ohio.

Tech Wise, LLC helps individuals of all ages to learn basic and advanced computer skills. The goal of Tech Wise is to help all adults, regardless of their location or financial status, learn about technology. Greater knowledge of these skills will help individuals to be unafraid to use these valuable tools.

Since 2007 Tech Wise, L.L.C. classes and instructors have been providing students with knowledge of computer use through hands on training. Tech Wise, L.L.C. has a commitment to the local community, and strives to provide exceptional customer service in the Northeast Ohio area. Our most vulnerable demographics can also be overwhelmed by technology if a class does not properly set the foundation for basic learning. Tech Wise, L.L.C. excels at making sure that our customers have a full understanding of the basic course material before they move on to more advanced subjects. We pride ourselves in making sure that no student is left behind.

Tech Wise helps people answer their questions about technology and allows them to become comfortable working with computers, digital cameras, scanners and other 21st century electronics. We accomplish this goal by providing our students with hands on training where they work with the technology instead of just hearing about it. Our theory of training uses the E.D.D. approach to learning where we first explain, then demonstrate and finally have the student do each exercise giving them a better chance at retaining the skill.

Tech Wise teaches in the Greater Cleveland community with the use of specially designed mobile training labs. These labs give us the advantage of teaching anywhere and everywhere. Tech Wise can go to places where students already congregate and take its classes to people who are unable to travel to other learning facilities.
